Riassunto analitico
Through the case study of Iraq, this research offers an insight on the legal position of the nuanced category of IDPs particularly vulnerable: families with perceived affiliation to IS (FPAs). The analysis delves into the issues in obtaining civil registration and documentation, the widespread use of the Ikhbar procedure, and the trial under anti-terrorism law no. 13/2005. In the final section, recommendations will be given to governmental authorities and humanitarian actors, in light of a durable solution perspective.
